For this project, it was essential to implement an omni-channel experience that brings together customer management, product management, and sales workflows into a single platform. We chose MedusaJS as the foundation for this architecture, and on top of the main platform, several complementary applications were developed: - An internal mobile application for managing stock entries, inventory, and quickly placing orders directly from the store aisle. - A POS sales application that allows scanning products and automatically issuing receipts, as well as processing orders sent from the aisle. All these applications are fully interconnected, providing unified access to customer data – purchase history, delivery addresses, and other key information required for sales. To complete the ecosystem, we also developed the online store, designed specifically to be intuitive and user-friendly. Since it runs on the same centralized platform, the stock displayed online is updated in real-time, eliminating availability issues and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.
